Next question. . . . . suck or blow. . . . .
For the fan, of course.
I automativally thought that a rad fan would blow but have now seen some that suck. _________________ '93 Trooper Duty 3.1TD |

depends if you want to pull mud through, or blow it away from the rad _________________ For great insurance deals on 4x4s, imports and more, contact Adrian Flux :

Ok... I hear ya...
Engine side and, at the risk of being a complete numpty, it's gotta blow right?? _________________ '93 Trooper Duty 3.1TD |

err now that I wouldn't want to answer
BUT i'd go for blow cus of the pain of cleaning mud out.
Sucking would shift the colder air in from the front, and keep it cooler????? whilst blowing would move hot air in from teh engine bay.
dunno really don't on this one... I'd go for suck... if you went through any deep water, a sucking fan would hit the block and break the fan, not the rad and break the rad and the fan.

If its engine side it should suck air thru the radiator towards the engine ... if its grille side it should push air thru the rad towards the engine - if not then travelling at speed would lead to two "sets" of airflow meeting at the radiator and not cooling the water inside. _________________ Isuzu Rodeo Denver Max LE | 265/65R18 BF Goodrich AT LTM No.60
