Yup, its a pita
I'm thinking of a board in front of the rad for off road but use an electric fan on the back to help cooling, and making it so the fan can be swithed off for wading through slime. _________________ |

How about a bit of perspex spaced off the grille a bit so the air can still be pulled in by your levvy fan. That or if its a dedicated off road toy move the rad to the back! _________________ Phil

have thought about moving rad to back but it involves too much work for me
If/when use the trooper i dunno what to do, tried perspex on the vitara but it just overheated and the perspex was very hot when i took it out, just after 20mins of drivin round _________________ Brand New Land Cruiser

How about a fine steel mesh over the grill, it will catch a lot of the mud before it gets to the rad and will be easier to give a quick clean as the day goes on _________________ |
