What can I fill them with (equipment-wise)?

Would spots bolt in there?

hhaah I've got 2 little plastic covers in those...  Spots would fit nicely.

Ooooh, they are factory holes?

The front is gagging for some spots imo and Ive just had a touch on an eebuygum auction so may have a few spare ££'s. . .

lol.. sorry, forgot about the pictures at work thing.

Yup, they are about 3" away from the no. plate on either side.
