I would not give this lot the time of day now, they have never heard of Customer Service and think they can get away with treating people like idiots with the words "we didn't sell Isuzu's when the 3.0TD were being produced so it doesn't affect us".

It has just taken a whole week for them to attach my motor to a computer due to lack of workshop staff but was told it was ok because the trainee and a person from the parts section did it!!!

I'll definitely be travelling further afield if I need a dealer in a hurry.
