Useless, completely useless.
I ask for Parts for an Isuzu MU, the woman at the counter says 'yes all our parts are new'.
I explain that the MU is a car, she goes blank, I ask if they do any parts, she says, 'we carry filters'.
Not even worth phoning for a laugh to be honest.
