When I took out my motor insurance with the club, we talked about towing he said it covers me to tow upto 24ft well some caravans are longer than that.
Wonder if people ever check there insurance or does the caravans own insurance cover it _________________

I asked when I changed this year to Admiral and they said they expected me to tow things and go off road so it was ok with no increase in premium but didn't say a limit on length or weight, this is my second year with a four wheel drive and I didn't think to ask the first year. |

Most insurance companies simply state "within the limits of the vehicle" which is 7m for a tow vehicle under 3500kg

Mr Google puts 7m at 22.9658793'
Which, when using bloke logic makes a trailer the length of our road perfectly legal with a Troop _________________ LTM: 000136
