Hi folks.
Ive changed jobs and am now doing big MILES but dont really wish to trade in for small car.

How can I improve MPG (Intercooler / Mods / etc etc etc) and has anyone converted to Bio-Deisel ?

TIA

Hello Simon ...... No problem running on forecourt BIO diesel ... I believe what you already buy as normal has a % of BIO in it.

Are you confusing the cooking oil issue Question i'll check back on a previous post and give you the link.

Jon.

Cheers Jon

I checked the cost of 5% Biodiesel and it was more expensive than normal diesel unless you can buy it in bigloads.

Ive looked at a couple of kits for using 100% biodiesel but its not cheap to convert either.

Someone has altered one of the vacuum sensors by capping it on the inlet manifold what does this actually acheive?

TIA

Simon

Hello Simon.
There's a privately owned garage about 8 miles from me and their Bio diesel is markedly cheaper and always has been, I suppose its down to the garage.

Sorry to give you another link, the item you describe is an EGR E=exhaust G=gas R=re-circulation valve

Checkout the link there are some photo's I did to help in combination with other members experiences and posts.
