can anyone tell me if the pink wire on the stereo connector plug is suposed to be live ? and also , was there ever a wiring diagram for these cars? |

hi dont know about the pink wire but there is a selection of wiring diagrams in the chilton manual (8686)36100 also in the haynes manual 47020(1641)(US) |

thanks , guess i'll have to get the usa haynes trooper manual , ive been driving 20yrs and its the first car i aint had the haynes book for ! you'll notice from my posts im struggling lol . |

I just bought an ISO adaptor for the stereo, plugs between the factory plug and the modern ISO standard connector and my new head unit, a couple of quid from these people www.caraudiodirect.co.uk. _________________ Phil
