hi all, wonder if anyone has an idear on what this could be?we have just moved house and in setting up the computors again i came across a problem.the main computor gets out on the net with no problems through a d-link router but not using the wireless side of things.
when trying to get out on mine(also using phone line through the same router) it conects and then knocks the internet conection out so you cant use the net on eather of the computors for about 30 mins or so.it must be somthing going on with my computor coz i have tryed putting it in the same port as the main computor uses and taken that one out and still the same symtoms.any idears?
ps,both computors are running vista, network map shoes both computors and the router as it should and this is visable from both computors.also the code u r given to get into the router does not work anymore so cant get in and reconfiger.is there a way around this?thanks all for reading.
