Andy Burch. Can't remember what he trades under but he's based in Gloustershire. About 2 years ago 1 send him £80 for an electric ariel. Very hard to contact him after that. No ariel, no £80 and just kept getting fobbed of. Evil or Very Mad

Just found Mr. Burch's trading name MT4x4. He was advertizing on eebuygum.
