Is there a drain line somewhere that may have blocked

Is it a slide sunroof or just a tilt?
If it is a slide, you should find at the front of the roof you will see a hole either side that is the drain channel a flexi wire feed cable (9.99 diy store) will fit down to remove any blockage or if you have a compressor just fire air down it but watch out as I may splash back in your face, also remember to cover the car with a bin bag before you do it.
If it's a tilt then it could be the rubber seal has gone and try rubbing the seal with oil of olay, sounds daft I know but the chemicals in the cream stop the rubber from drying out!

If it is not the rubber seal, round the glass then it could be the main seal between roof and sunroof frame, then the whole lot has to come out, Take out glass then remove the screws around the inside bead, remove frame and clean all old sealer that is stuck to frame and roof, reseal using a product called sikaflex (check spelling on that) comes in a tube like bathroom silicone once you have done all the screws back up clean of any excess using meths but try not to get it on your hands it's very messey!
