Can anybody suggest best oil for a 2001 3.5 petrol engine , I am thinking Castrol Magnatec or fully synthetic like a Mobil 1 not sure on viscosity .

The owners manule says that SAE 5W-30
Castrol magnatec also comes in fully, Halfords 4ltrs for £24

Just remembered some of the boys on here have had oil and filter changed from kwikfit for 39.99 using the likes of Mobil1 ect Wink

phoned quick price for Oil Service for 3.5 petrol  £29.95 inc vat using Mobil 1  , got to be a bargain !!
