my os sill on my swb 3.1td 95 plate is holed really badly and also collapsed
factors do not do a aftermarket sill and main dealer can get one but will take 3 weeks from japan at a cost of £82 +vat

i was thinking of replacing with box section was wondering if anyone had done this before and what size they used not lenght but width and depth
