I have recently bought a trooper, freg 2.8 TD lwb. and there is a switch on the dash, the guy doesnt know what its for who sold me the trooper, the manual doesnt show the switch. its a proper switch, with a pic of a engine type with a coil inside it.
does anyone know what its for please?
also the fan heater worked, till I took the cd player out to fix it, is the wiring in the same place for the fan, as I think I may have pulled it.
thanks in advance

The switch is for fast warm up, if its never been used i wouldnt touch it, they like to stick on and cause problems.
As for wiring, i'm the worlds worst _________________ |

I thought it maybe something to do with the coil. but its been bugging me.
It starts no problems, so I wont be switching it on.
thanks

been stripping dash panels off to try to find out why the heater stopped working, found a blown 10 amp fuse dangling in mid air lol
so will replace that & see what happens |

lisa if youve pulled out the radio no doubt youve crossed a wire and popped a fuse.
check in the fuse box your prolly looking at a 30A green fuse blown as the radio and heaters are on the same circuit |
