how do you fix the spare on the roof is it padlocked?

      i used the spare wheel carrier and drilled an bolted it to the roof rack... had to cut it in half and drop it cus it sat to high then lockin nuts........    Very Happy thanks for the comments

                                                                                  Thanks Very Happy     arches are from a mk3 trooper and the sunvisor i found it on eebuygum when i was lookin for a roof rack......
