You should only need to remove the 4 small bolts to remove the drive belt pully from the cam pully/flange.

However if the washer on the centre bolt is not aligned exactly this may make removal using the above method more difficult.

I would recomend you fit a new centre bolt now that you have removed it as they are a stretch bolt and should not be used more than once.
