ok, question guys, i have a 2inch sus lift wound up the front to match, had a major (i think) prob on way home today, loads of bad grinding and knocking tom front, so i suspect a drive shaft/hub prob, possibly a cir clip come out and done some grinding.
so i notice the shafts etc do come in at quite an angle now i while everything is off it may be an idea to help them out. so i don’t know what exactly is involved but i do hear that people do this to help the problem....sooo can someone enlighten me as what to do?
i think as my auto hubs were noisy i will replace them and the shafts any way with the aisin manual ones, and do this flip thing at the same time,,, if i know what it is and what to do
thank for your time n help.. |

the top ball joint gets fitted to the underside of the upper wishbone instead of sitting on top with the ball joint going through the hole, if that makes sense? _________________ 2001 Trooper 3.0 Citation Lwb. 33" BFG's, Superwinch X9, 60mm lift, Monroe Adventure Shocks, Hid Spots and a Yaesu FT7900 2m/70cm's Radio

The ball joint flip wont do anything to help the angle of the drive shafts, the only way to do that is to lower the front diff, but shouldn't be necessary with a 2" lift _________________ 1999 3.1td SWB Trooper. RIP
