I need to change the heater plugs in my 2007 Rodeo Denver max le what sort of job is it look fiddly to get at as intercooler seems to be in the way? Any tips for this job? |

My mechanic only managed to extract 2 , one other was snapped off, and the 4th wouldn't budge, hopefully it will be no worse than before, sorry if that doesn't full you with confidence. |

The 3.0 4JX1 Trooper glow plugs are notoriously bad to remove. The older 3.1 4JG2 and older 2.8 4JB1 glow plugs are 99.99% a breeze to remove. I would think the later Rodeo engines would be easier seeing as they are based on the 3.1 and 2.8 engines.
