Hi!

I have Isuzu Bighorn 3.1 d, with 4JG2 engine and Aisin Warner 30 40 LE transmission box.
The TOD has stuck in auto mode, which means, that actually engages when front wheels start to spin, but it can be turned off, even if the stick is in 2H mode. The low range works also and 4H/TOD turns off at the high speed (on the highway)
The problem, that bothers me most is, that when TOD is engaged in 50/50 torque/power distribution, there comes some click click click .... sound from underneath the car, where TOD box is.
The TOD lights on the dashboard shows some irrelevant data sporadically  (from power distribution to fully engaged 4LO).

Does anybody have any ideas?

The TOD ecu is under the drivers seat  The way to get the codes from it is in the workshop manual if you don't have the manual I will look the procedure up for you tonight when I am home

The diagnostic codes can be displayed on the check light by connecting terminal 8 to earth the diagnostic plug is under the dash above or to the  side  where the clutch would sit If you can't find a link to the manual ask Rhanagar on the forum he has one
