Hi all, had my 2009 Isuzu Rodeo 3.0 crd for 3 trouble free years until recently I noticed coolant level dropping slightly in the expansion tank. Looking further I can see staining around the alternator, mechanic has said its water housing gasket??? But is not keen to do it as its a big job to replace given a relatively minor leak, he put K seal in which has not cured it. Two different mechanics have looked at it and said its a specialist job?!?
Any advice anyone can offer on this matter like what might actually be leaking and from where would be greatly appreciated as I've wasted money twice only to be told they don't want to take the job on  Sad
