i lost my clutch today Crying or Very sad the peddle just sank to the floor and could,nt change any gears .

on inspection i noticed the clutch fluid had emptied some and on following the clutch pipe to the clutch arm and what i think is a slave cylinder ( but may be wrong ) saw the fluid dripping off the end onto the floor .
i pumped the peddle and more fluid leaked out of the same place .

SO , can any one tell me how i can change the slave unit Question is it a diy or a garage job , OR am i missing some thing and have got a different problem.
i cant see any other leaking fluid except on the end of the clutch arm / pipe area .

thanks all .

Most slave cylinders I've changed can be done in situ, either held in by two boltsor even just one pinch bolt. I've not looked at a trooper one but I expect it'll be accesible (although you may need slim hands!) Obviously you'll need to bleed the clutch afterwards.
