Available from ARB and TJM.  Quite expensive, but look good and improve the approach angle.
I fitted a discrete mount though, into the bumper, mainly because i could not afford of justify the whole bumper.  Here's a close up of mine.

Unfortunately the motor end cap on my winch has broken, think it was hit by a stone ot something.  That's limiting my wading at the moment, slight redesign required i think!

A word of warning,

If your Trooper has airbags then you must fit an airbag compatible winch bar, otherwise you will set your airbags off every time your bumper comes into contact with anything solid, like Mother Earth  Shocked .

I have a TJM bumper, and when I bought it there were no suppliers in this Country, so I imported it Directly from the USA Factory. Mine works on the principle that it is held onto its mounting points by 6 large bolts which are tightened to a specific torque, thus giving it the correct crush rate for the airbag sensors. And yes, it has moved a couple of times without setting off the airbags. The ARB one works on a built in shock absorber principle I beleive.

Personally I would rather have a Solid bar and disconnect the airbags for off roading, but I think Id rather keep them working for on the motorways etc..

As for the approach angle, it makes a huge difference. I was forever catching the stock front bumper on the ground, this one only touches when I know Im going places I really shouldnt be going  8) .
