Hi Guys
I have a Kenwood "face off" stereo. Any idea how to get this out of the dashboard or is it a case of taking the dashboard apart! There are 2 screws above the stereo which may do something? Is this an easy job? As you may have gathered i do not have a manual !!!Regards Jonathan

If you are taking the complete stereo out then you will need to take the complete dash front off. Its secured by 1/2 dozen screws dotted around the front, plus you will need to take the top off the steering shroud (a couple of screws underneath). When it is loose you can take off the quick connections for the light switches etc then it will come right off. Then you can reach the stereo and see how it is secured. Guess who got a new stereo for Christmas. Very Happy  Very Happy

ok this is what you do m8, take off the front face of the sterio then you wil see two small slots in the cantre of each side push two metal plates in aprox about 2 inches in and this will unlock the security catches and you will beable to pull the whole unit out , if your not sure the halfords or your local motor factors will sell you universal ones that will fit properley .
