Mars,

I use Castrol GTD in my 3.1TD. Before I used it I called the Castrol Technical helpline (Number on the back of the can.) and they gave me the spec and information on it. They are quite happy to say that the oil is suitable for use in Troopers. I don't think that the helpline of a company like Castrol would give you *beep* information if they could just as easily recommend a more expensive alternative.
