Can any one tell me what the bhp is of a 3.1td duty 1993. Been told its 113 can anyone confirm this

im a bit confused about the bhp on my 3.5 auto bighorn.
the uk spec says 215bhp
the jap spec says 230bhp
and i had it set up on a rolling road and tested it in kwatts which when converted was 360bhp.
so im stumped
