Ordered some Grizzly claws from Bronco 4x4 in early January.
I was told they would take five days for delivery, after about ten days they hadnt, so I telephoned them to enquire when they would arrive.
When I eventually got to speak to someone after repeatedly getting an engaged tone and no reply to their "Live Chat" link which never works on their website, I was told they would arrive before the weekend.
They didn't...
So after numerous attempts to call them, email them and use the "Live Chat" facility, I got through and again was told they would arrive the by the weekend.
Again they didn't...
Because I have to go to work and not spend all day on the phone to Bronco 4x4, my wife rang and was told there had been a problem at the factory and again they would be here within a couple of days...
they weren't...
After numerous attempts I managed to get through to someone who promised me they would send an alternative as I was going away on a two week residential course and wanted to leave my wife with the Trooper with decent tyres on it.
They didn't arrive either.
So I cancelled, was promised a refund and got some Kumho AT's fitted.
No refund although they did try to deliver the tyres last week.
Still can't get through so I'm now lodging a dispute through Barclaycard to get my £350 back.
My advice would be avoid using Bronco 4x4 and shop with a reputable local company.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.
