of course i would never dream of robbing gordon of his fuel duty
and keep all my receipts so he can check anytime
however here is a something i was told from a wise old man
Bio for off road no duty 70p to 75p........ NO COLOUR OR DIFFERENCE
Bio for on road 90p to 95p because of the road fuel duty
HOWEVER you are allowed to make up to 2,000 ltr yourself and pay NO DUTY
YOU could also sell some of your 2,000 ltr and do not have to charge duty
SO if the good fellows as customs and excise wave you in and ask about your tank full of bio
you could have either MADE IT YOURSELF
or bought it from the little old chap at the boot fair that only makes 30 ltrs a week.....bless him
or it could be the 40 ltrs you bought road duty paid 6 months back in cans and you have just decided to use it !!!!!!!!
so remember to always pay your duty and taxes....and keep your receipts........its only fair

I just question the 70/30 mix for 70p, the white alone would cost more than that at 70%, then you have the Bio at 30%.
If you want to tell us here we need all the facts, any nudge nudge wink wink will simply be deleted.
Thats a fact _________________ |

If it was as 30 white 70 bio the price would be about right then??
Also surly it is illegal to transport and store diesel or bio in these 1000ltr tubs as they are not bunded
The Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) (England) Regulations 2001 came into force on 1st March 2002.
A bund must be used from September 2005 for all existing oil storage. _________________ aka x66dag

100% Bio is biodegradable and doesnt need to be bunded, a mix does. _________________ |

You can put 100% Bio an your compost heap as its veg oil, could be why the greenies like it so much (and the price) _________________ |

went over to BioFlo today. they are charging 75p a litre at present. worth the trip though to get a fair stock.
got set up to tip some in my trooper but had to stand on a stool as its higher than my van and car.
did ok with first drum even though filled to the top.
2nd drum also filled to top and i managed to pour it all down my leg!
i bloody hate spilling it but i guess i didnt spill that much really.
jeans in the wash now!
anyway before i got changed i poured the tops off the other drums into a further drum so might manage not to spill it now haha.

it will teach me to be more careful haha.
25 litre drums are quite heavy when full and just makes it more awkward when youre balanced on a stool.
the amount of fuel i tip in i should really invest in a pump but that would make life far too easy
