North Yorkshire Moors for a days laning on the Sunday.

This trip will be suitable for all with a good mix of lanes and fords. There may be the odd bit of scratchy bushes...

It could be icy so please make sure you have recovery points front and rear. Please let me know if you are interested and I will put you down.

Meeting point will be Kirkbymoorside, this will also be the finish point. Time is 10:00 at the only car park in kirkbymoorside (YO62 6AT)

The bow shackles are attached through the bumper with swivels. They pop up on eebuygum for around 30 notes for a pair.

Ouch! I'll see what I can make.  They have to do two jobs. 1. Attachment points.  2. To deter people from driving to close behind by looking.....
no, hard is not the word.   Solid. That may be the one!  Very Happy

I would love to try it out and join in but I think my shiney and non-Off road prepped Trooper would be a big mistake !

Tell me, I regularly walk here at Cod Beck Reservoir / Sheepwash, and see Trye Tracks up this section of

Sheep Wash Incline

Is it a route you have all taken?
I have only ever seen a queue of Landies there and then to be shooo'd away by the park ranger chaps. I am told it is a Right of way across to the Chequers Cafe/Restaurant.

I don't know that lane personally but on the map it's a right of way. That said I seem to recall there being a tro on it at some point. If you want to find out for sure you need to join glass or speak to the relevant authority.

Re the trip, shinys are fine but you may be the odd bit of greenery to push through...

its not to much the shiney bits, its the lack of Hard Points, Sump Protection and general toughening up that I worry about.

Oh and I am off to the Boat Show in London too on Saturday ! !
