|
|
I was told this morning that Isuzu are offering a 'special' deal on the 3.0 against the Rodeo/D-Maxx.
Has anyone else heard this or can anyone offer any information? |

They should have done it years ago if it is true, might have saved them a few quid in rebuilding engines. |

I had this confirmed this morning, Harris Isuzu (Official Irish Importers) are offering €7000 for any 3.0 against a D-Maxx/Rodeo.
Unconfirmed reports are also floating around that Harris are buying back UK/NI registered 3.0s for cash. |

SORRY LADS AND LADDETTES.
Just off the telephone with Isuzu UK and apparently it's an Ireland only deal. |

Yes indeed, but one must assume that the deal is beneficial for Isuzu, otherwise why do it? So if it is beneficial on a small "Irish" scale, the "economy of scale" law suggests it would be of even greater financial benefit to extend the offer.
Unless Isuzu has specific reservations about their Irish dealerships, and their ability to undertake the recall work satisfactorily and the resultant expense from serial failures is too much of a financial burden to carry.
Until Isuzu go public on the restriction, I guess we will never know. |

I think that there is a good s/h market for 3.0's in the green land at the moment .
Now if they stay there or go on again ,well that I dont know . _________________ 2 New Troopers ! |

do what they like with whats on it's way, can't say it's mine any more as cash is in my pocket. Think I made a good decision putting it on the bay rather than in local auction. By the time i had fitted a new head as the old one was porus it would have cost circa 1K got 2K for it as it was. |
