I am planning a days laning round the Surrey Hills/Dorking/Guildford area for next Tuesday as there are a number of lanes that the Councils want shut due to the antics of  bad off roaders  again  Rolling Eyes

Not sure as to what the lanes are like  Smile or how many are shut but not shown on the Councils maps  but all Itoc members wellcome .

PM me for start venue and time .

Oh dear nobody to pull me out  Crying or Very sad This means I will have to rely on a gribble modded lawnrover to rescue me

Ok I have a soloution - I will stick a few pics up  of the day and arrange for another day thats good for all who are keen , probably a Sat or Sun ?

I did a run the other week with some ' other ' 4x4's  taking in some of the lanes that Gary and myself did a few weeks ago and some we did not get to due to the urgent recovery work !

So I think I could do a good selection of lanes saving the harder ones for last without too much roadwork -

Yes its all in hand and nearly printed just waiting for Surrey CC to say if there is an limit on number of vehicles in a lane run , Hants CC are ok with up to ten  Smile

The day depends on you lads but one of the next few weekends over sept /oct ?

Thought it would start off with normal lanes and end up with the harder ones in the afternoon or do a mix as we go ?

Looking at the first two weekends in october Ted  either sat or sun , can switch the days  about to fit in with others ?

Got 25 lanes down so will be a good day out with a good mix of terrain  Very Happy   Gary is advising me .  Razz

Anybody who wants to turn up the start will be at  Blakes Lane just off the A25 by East Clandon in Surrey .

Grid Reference
6 figure ref: TQ068514
12 figure ref: 506870,151451

Ending up at just by Petersfield on the A3   Grid Reference 475936 : 119477
