well i got my bargin of the day a vaxhall frontera bull bars for £10 they fit very nice around the front of the trooper just wondering if any one has made or kno where i could get some adapter brackets for them.
i nearly brought a bull bar of a trooper for £40 but they was to short to reach the brackets as the subframe i found on the 3.1 is closer to the bumper

I sort of dont like them, they are fine if needed but not on the average motor when you have kids running about.
Also check your insurance as some wont cover you with bull bars but will with a winch bumper as it has a purpose.

my insurance is ok about them being fitted. as for kidds our trooper lives in the countryside. the bars are to protect it from day to day nocks of being at our house and from the horses when we take it in to the field beofore you ask not to move them out the way but one insists on scratching her bum at the front of it as the grill and bumper is the right hight
