I need another ignition key for an L200, checked with main dealer, over £200. Does anyone know of a cheaper option.

Do have one for it? Timpsons did us a key for our Volvo. Copied the cut, then copied the chip and programmed the new key.
About £20 I think. |

Do they require a blank key with the chip or do they carry all the blanks etc. |

| They got the key for the volvo. I don't think they hold them in the shop. |

Just to let you know, Timpsons quoted the "boss" £75 for the key. A new blank cut, chipped & programmed.
Cheaper than main dealer but a lot for a key, but I need it so I'll just have to bite the bullet.

Contacted Timpsons again, now they say they can't supply.
Has anyone got any other suggestions. |
