Its pretty easy but time consuming, I removed the fan to make it a lot easier and cut the old ones off.

Adjustment for the alternator is on the alternator, under the air con. Best off undoing all 3 bolts on the adjuster to save snapping the adjusting bolt.

Adjustment for the other 2 belts is on the power steering pump. 1 bolt on the back and if memory serves, 2 on the front plus the adjuster.
