Whilst pouting over my bonnet latch problem (see other thread PLEASE!) I stumbled upon two empty sockets under the passenger seat, one with 5 spades & one with three. What are they for???? There's none under the driver's seat so I'm thinking that it won't be for power seats, so what the f*ck?

Most wiring looms have extra bits on for accesories that may not come on your model. My 1991 Citation has heated front seats and also a seperate heater under the passenger seat so maybe thats something to do with it. The drivers side may be hidden under the carpet.

Thanks for that. It was under the carpet where I found it on the passenger side, definitely not on driver's side, so maybe it's the heater. Why do only the passengers get heaters?

One is the diagnostics plug(I think),Diamond pack Montereys have a cd changer under the passenger seat the other plug plug might be for that.

Oo-err! Cheers for that. Mine's Diamond Pack but had an aftermarket Sony single CD in it (now replaced with MP3 Wink ) so don't know if the previous owner changed a CD stack for a signle disk player (was a woman though!)

After thinking about it I'd say that both the plugs are for the standard fit multichanger and NOT the diagnostics Embarassed
