Ok i had all the recall work done (turbo, injectors, O rings, ceramic heater and oil change) picked it up from dealer and all seemed to be spot on (in comparison to the way it use to drive)... After approx 150 miles of useage in my opinion it seemed to be driving rough (best way i can describe it would be it felt like i was driving over small rumble strips), also at idle it felt lumpy on the 3rd day after getting it back i noticed the engine management light flash on (only very briefly) over the last week this has become more frequent, im also sure that there are different noises coming from engine bay (hissing on load, a rasping sound again under load and im sure a sort of fluttering/stuttering), away back to the dealers Monday 17th, i get a phone call at 3.30pm today with the information that there is no faults / problems with any of the work carried out by the dealer but after diagnosis the fault code is the TPS with an intermitant fault...... Right they are going to replace the TPS tomorrow at a cost of £430 + VAT I PRESUME...Does this figure sound about right any info would be gratefully received, Alan

Sorry to say this but yes, unfortunately it does sound about right if you look through a few of the topics on here about the TPS.
The symptoms you describe though do not sound like a TPS problem apart from the flashing check light. That would not make it drive rough though.
Hopefully one of the 3ltr gurus will be along soon with a little more help.

Did you get your TPS changed? Has it made that much difference?
