Can anyone recommend a fully synthetic oil?

Hi,
I'm going to give MK1 2.8 TD and oil change soon and want to swap to fully synthetic oil.
I had a look in my local Halfords and can't find one for a diesel.
Can anyone reccomend one to me?

Mobil is always a good bet.

I use Semi-Syn on my engines as i feel the fully-syn is a little to thin for anything other than low millage high-proformance motors, but thats just my opinion.

I do alot of miles and have recently been using my local Kwik-Fit to do Oil and Filter changes every 4500miles and they use Mobil Semi for a grand sum of £26 (Mobil 1 £35ish). Not worth getting your hands dirty i feel Exclamation
