No thats not a filter your looking mate I know this as it had both oils air and fuel last august / 3000mls ago
and all gen from a well a certain place that a guru once cooked sausages at Wink

I have seen afew trooper engines before

and can spot the odd part....................trust me mate

on your top pic take a line from the dipstick to power steering res

look really low down and the round rusty thing is your secondary oil filter

i will take a pic of mine tomorrow from same angle

you can spot mine its boshi blue

not meaning to offend just saying what i see

The odd part you may well be able to spot but the difference between rust and dirty water residue and the flash on the
camera makes things seem not as they are Wink I can a sure you that it is in fact a nice dark blue and muddy
brown with English (maintenance)  with Japanese writing underneath  Laughing  I know when and which filters get done
as I'm the 1 that does em.
