looks ace!  Don't fancy making one for me do you!? lol...  my rear bumper is hanging in there but it's not gonna
be long until it needs replacing!

It's a very simple design, just a length of 4" x 2" box section really and a couple of mounts, anyone could knock one up, simpler the better for me, just require it to do it's job, nothing more.

yeah looks great!

are there any issues with passing MOT with bumpers like this?  

guess as long as no sharp edges or pokey bits... there shouldn't be?...  seriously thinking of getting new front and rear bumpers fabricated so theyre more robust for offroad and recovery purposes.

old bumper dead!...

well actually the plastic bit isn't too bad, it's what's behind it that needs major intervention!

was on its first maiden voyage off road trialing two weeks ago and seems the rear outriggers for the bumper and tow bar aren't as strong as they used to be...butter anyone?...  nice way to lift your up your tow bar by a 45 degree angle though!....watch this space, all needs cutting out and re sleeving I think.  

shame the chassis is so prone to rust on the extremities as generally I've found so far, the trooper is a solid machine!
