Sure I've read this issue before somewhere, cannot find it again for life of me?

Anyway, changed oil and filters on my '99 3.0 Trooper using Shell Helix 5W30 fully Syn.
Filters were from Milners (Boshi). Ever since the oil light has stayed on longer once started than
it did with the *beep* oil and the Blue Print main filter and whatever the secondry filter was?
Duration would be say 4~5 secs having sat all week. After a run of any length and restarting,
it goes out instantly upon starting. I'm putting it down to the filters, not sure if anyone has had this same issue with
these filters.

Thanks for your time,

Craig.

Its the Boshi filters, I used them once and once only!! the oil light would take ages to go out with a boshi oil filter fit. I fit a genuine filter and the oil light goes out instantly.
I only use genuine filters now, and have done for a good few years, yes they cost a bit more but still cheaper than no oil pressure for a few seconds too long on start up.
