Hi all

The small coolant pipe from the oil cooler to the engine block has burst (also split in half getting it off) so cant do a temp repair on it

Isuzu promised one for saturday morning but never showed up so expect it will be here some time tomorrow. problem is the mrs needs to get to work and back and no lifts are available

is there something I can use as a temporary hose for 1 day?? will obviously need to be able to take the pressure and heat so dont think a bit of hosepipe would be sufficient Wink unless you've done it before!

Its a half hour drive each way with some hours inbetween and she would take it easy ofc.

any thoughts??

If its just a coolant pipe, your local factors should be able to supply this in short lenghths and diameters.
Unless it has any special fittings a couple of jubilee clips should get it sorted.
