Hello, i have a 3.1 trooper and i already increased diesel injection and turbo pressure but the thing is still pretty sluggish, can we change the diesel pump piston to one with more debit? Where can i find the part i need? Any suggestions on how to squeeze some power out of it?

There is some merit in swapping out the top mounted intercooler for a larger front mounted intercooler. Vauxhall switched to a front mounted version on the Frontera when using the 2.8 4JB1T (the smaller sister engine to the 3.1 (4JG2T). The difference is quite noticeable by almost 10 BHP. The issue is where to put it as there isn't a great deal of room in front of the radiator without blocking its airflow. Also there is little amount of room to route the hoses, but it is possible.

Mounting a front intercooler is a great idea for a Road car, for an off road car i dont think so, it would be useless after the first mud bath! I was very interested in changing the pumps nozzle to a bigger one but i dont know what pump the trooper has (brand, model) and if there is anything compatible for the switch. If anyone can help i would apreciate. Thanks.

It's the same Bosch pump that's on the 300tdi landrover engine.
Plenty ways to up the power on those.

That sounds just the same as a standard 3.0 power figures!
