I'd like to know the answer to this one as well please.  Can anyone shed any light for us?  In my case I've got the chance to buy 7 leather seats from a 1995 3.1 Trooper to replace the fabric ones in my 1999 3.0 LWB Trooper Duty, but I'm wary about buying the leather ones at the moment in case the fixings aren't a match for my 3.0 truck.  Any advice much appreciated.

Yes but you may need to retain/transfer your seatbelt clips.
