Anyone else had the main rear door (with the spare tyre) being to sag?

Main symptom of this on my 93 Bighorn is that the lower edge of the door near the hinge is starting to rub on the frame when opening and closing.

I think I need to shift the door a bit so that its not cutting it so close. (literally)

You could try replacing the hinge pins and keeping them lubed with spray white (lithium) grease will help in the future. Landrover cured this particular problem on series landys with typical british engineering skills not by redesigning the hinges or moving the spare but by adding a third hinge!

Heh, nice

Thanks for that, i'll see about removing the hinges, though from memory they're buried inside the panels.
