My transmission is leaking like a busted pipe.
All the oil appears to be coming from the engine though. It drops oil off the suspention cross member when parked (which is well forward of the transmition.)

Any idea's where my leak is coming from?

Is the leak comming from one of the fluid cooling pipes that goes to the oil cooler, also are you sure its ATF it should be a red colour.

Dont even know where the oil cooler is. (although I would suspect an oil pipe to be problem)

Confirmed as atf fluid leak.

follow the pipes that go from the g/box forward to the radiator you may have to remove sump guard to find the leak

Had a good look at the pipes ect yesterday.
its either leaking from one of the pipes where a clip has worn at it quite badly or from the bottom of the bell housing (there is a clean spot on the bottom of the bell housing that might be a bad sign)

Any sugestions on how easy the oil pipes are to replace or on what the problem might be if the oil is coming from the bell housing?
