Hi All

Could anyone show an image of their trim around a Trooper SWB MY2000 windscreen - Auto Glass came out today to replace mine, and now I have checked it, it seems they have omitted or broken some parts of the trim -
I need to send a comparison image to them in complaint.

Awesome - thank you! (love that it seems same/almost same colour in your images!)

That looks bad, I hope that you will be able to resolve it with your dealer.

Just to bookend this post - I have to give credit where due - Auto Glass handled my complaint brilliantly - An engineer came out yesterday and replaced the trim, so it is all looking great now.

That's a terrible job. One old guy took his truck to the shop for suspension replacement he ordered from 4Wheelonline. We're half done when we notice a pool of water under the rear seats. It turns out a bad job on the rear window replacement.
