I have a 3.1 engine but it's in a 3.0 body. The important pipe is from the vacuum pump, on the back of the alternator, to the brake servo. The small one goes to the sensor array but I don't think it does much since the conversion. The others I have connected are from the intercooler inlet to the H.P. fuel pump and the sensors/switches to the small bore pipe which goes across the back of the engine bay and connects to the air feed to the turbo and front axle. I don't think these do much either.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge will put you right. |

Depends on year and fuel pump.
1992-1994 you only need the boost compensation line from the inlet to the top of the fuel pump.
1995-1997 you need to do the above. Plus you need to run a line from the back of the alternator to the front axle for the 4wd actuator mounted there. There is also a line that branches out from there to the vacuum reservoir mounted on the LHS chassis.
If you have the electronic pump (usually on 1995-1997 Bighorn auto's, but I have seen them on other models) then you won't need the boost compensation line. _________________ 1990 Isuzu Bighorn LWB Mk.I 2.8TD Manual Lotus Edition
