I went for the big shifter a hammer technique on mine
Worked though, try smacking it the wrong way to brake the rust first.
I now own a 24mm socket, so no comments about being a rough cu*t |

Ive topped the oil up, it took a litre
Before i take it for a drive i'll grease the prop (not today its to wet and windy)

I dont know, i'll check when i jack it up to check the bearings.
And i think i had better check the oils in the front diff, transfer box and gearbox to _________________ |

Hi
you had better hope its not an LSD as they have
different oils from a standard diff
and a litre is a lot of oil
i would check both tansfer box and gearbox too
levels and prop greasing is a 3-6 monthly check
after all the rear diff oil does lubricate the rear wheel bearings
as well as the diff
