Can anyone recommend where i would get a bull bar or a frame from, which ones do you use, anything to avoid, how easy or not are they to fit.

I got my a bar from Northern 4x4 at leeming Bar , but check with your insurance company first , as for rear light protectors there's some on eebuygum

do you want light guards for the bumper, if so i have a spare set in stainless ,you can view them in the garage section as martQ has mentioned .
