Anyone got any experience of the extra brackets which can be fitted to the spotlights to make them stay in the right place?  They come as part of a kit to be fitted on the Rodeo pickups but i don't want to pay dealer prices.
Have looked on the Demon Tweeks website and there are a range available there.  Is there a better mounting than the standard one on the Hella 3000.  I have stripped the treads on the mounting bolt trying to get them to hold in place!  Any ideas?

The elCheapo method still has its place.

Get a large jubilee clip, cut it, straighten it out. Pop-rivet it to the lamp at one end, and the vehicle at the other.
Screw in the worm to adjust

I'd agree with moglite, as seen on road rally cars across the country!  Smile
