split pipe looseing steering fluid , its gone everywhere , steering gone stiff & screaching , any one else had this ???, & is this ok to drive to garage ??? or should i top up , leaking bad |

Can you see the split? If so try and wipe the pipe clean with some thinners and wrap some tape around with a jubilee clip over the top, this should hold fluid well enough to get you to a garage. _________________ For great insurance deals on 4x4s, imports and more, contact Adrian Flux :

Take the belt off, the steering will be as hard as fighting a grizzly but you wont burn the pump out _________________ |

trying to get my hands on a new pas pipe today for a 3.1 td its proveing impossible , because ist bank holiday , any one got any good ideas ,

Sorry, didnt realise it was the only running vehicle left on the planet personaly I wouldnt consider running a vehicle with defective steering. |
